Easing of COVID 19 restrictions to Level 2 in New Zealand provided an opportunity to shoot the final colours of the fall season along with the colours of sunset. McLaren Falls Park along the outskirts of Tauranga city is best known for its collection of a wide range of deciduous tress.
Shot from Matapihi during the blue hour at dusk, this shot presents a view of the Tauranga CBD along the Devonport Road.
Looking from the Tauranga CBD side, this curved alignment of the Matapihi Rail Bridge provides an excellent sight. Especially when the view leads to the rising moon on a full moon day.

I've loved taking pictures since I took my first photography class in high school. And I'm inspired by the love I have for my country of residence - New Zealand. I have photographed many different subjects, scenes, and moments. There's a picture around every corner.
I am surrounded both by natural beauty and interesting people. I use my camera to document the world and then print images with a focus on the magic I find in daily life. My pictures tell my stories.
Through my prints and photo books, I invite you to bring bits of my stories into your life and home. New prints are released regularly, so check back often.
